Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of FableOS, a creative and advertising workspace run by Fable Growth (“we”, “us”). By using FableOS you agree to them.

Access

FableOS is available by invitation to members of the brands we work with. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you and your brand put into FableOS and to the creative it makes for you, subject to the terms of the services used to make it. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload (photos, footage, music, likenesses, brand marks) and for reviewing creative before you publish it. You let us store and process your content only to provide FableOS to you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use FableOS to make or share content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that breaks the policies of the platforms you publish to, and don’t try to break, overload or get around the service’s security.

Connected services

Features that use Google Drive, Meta or other services also depend on those services’ own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

AI-generated output

FableOS uses AI services to make images, video, audio and text. Output can be inaccurate or unexpected; review it before relying on or publishing it.

The service

We work to keep FableOS running and your work safe, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
