Privacy Policy

FableOS is a creative and advertising workspace run by Fable Growth (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information FableOS collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. FableOS is used by invited members of the brands we work with; it is not open to the public.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign you in and to give you access to the brands you work on.
• Brand content: what you and your team add to FableOS, such as briefs, scripts, prompts, product photos, reference media, and the images, videos, voiceovers and ads made from them.
• Connected accounts: when an admin connects a service such as Google Drive or Meta, we store the access it grants (encrypted) and read or write only what the features you use need.
• Usage and technical data: logs of requests and errors, kept to run, secure and fix the service.

Google user data

When an admin connects Google Drive, FableOS uses that access to:

• read files in the brand folders you point it to (for example product photos in a brand’s “brand assets” folder), and
• create folders and save the media FableOS makes (images, videos, audio, final cuts) into those brand folders, and show them back to your team.

We also read the connected account’s email address, to show which account is connected. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models. People at Fable Growth do not read it except to provide support you ask for, for security, or where the law requires.

FableOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To provide FableOS: storing your work, making the creative you ask for, and showing it to your team.
• To send your prompts and media to the AI and media services that make images, video, voice and music, only as needed to make what you asked for.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers that run FableOS for us (hosting, database and storage, and the AI and media generation services), under terms that limit their use of it to providing their service, and where the law requires.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your brand uses FableOS. Removed work is archived and can be deleted on request. An admin can disconnect Google Drive at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored access; you can also revoke it from your Google Account. Files FableOS saved to your Drive stay in your Drive. To have your account or data deleted, email us.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to each brand is limited to its members.
